We're 10 days into this new year. I'm dubbing it 'Lucky No. '13'. A year of peace, prosperity and wellness for all beings on this planet. Each day as I begin with meditation, this is my focus and vibration. With every in breathe; I breathe in peace. With every out breathe; I breathe out love. Each day I notice a shift in my awareness. There's a stillness within. Calm. Centeredness. Connectedness.
Where are you headed this year? Have you set goals for yourself? I try not to have too many expectations, just visions and ideas for the future months. This helps me stay in the vibration of peace.
May we all find our goals and dreams fulfilled this year. May this be a year of peace, prosperity and wellness for all beings on this planet. May this year be 'Lucky No. '13' for all. May it be so. And so it is.

I like looking out into the darkness and seeing your light on, Beth. Ah, the old, "have no expectations" mountain. I wish I was there. But I'm working on it and, I think, doing alot better with being in the moment, thanks to amazing soul sisters!
